Lorenzo Apartment

Lorenzo is a three-roomed apartment that can comfortably host up to five persons. It has two double rooms and a bathroom. All the rooms are located in the innermost area of the building, therefore they’re extremely silent and peaceful. There’s a small balcony where you can admire the beautiful Florence’s roofs view from. The apartment is neatly furnished with a large living room with a kitchen, a sofa bed (for one person) and a big bathroom with shower box and washing machine. The area issues many Italian language schools, cooking classes and many other activities such as guided tours. The apartment issues an efficient air conditioning system as much as heating.
The Mercato Centrale Area is one of the most historically important Florence’s areas. The whole area, one of the richest in terms of arts, architecture and commerce, was completely renewed at the end of the XIXth century, when Florence was Italy’s Capitol City. During its life, the Mercato Centrale area was improved many times; one of the most important architects who worked on it was Giuseppe Mengoni, who used materials that were particularly innovative by that time. He managed in the hard mission to entertwine such innovative materials in a very old and historically valued area. The Mercato Centrale has a very peculiar structure, with a roof that’s composed of a huge window. This is why the area is always so elightened and bright. Walking through the Market feels like being outdoor! Nowadays the area is filled with workshops and boutique, legacies of a glorious past and witness of a vibrating present.
